Often we don't take the time for a sit down breakfast. This delicious espresso protein smoothie is the perfect way for road warriors to start the day and eat healthier while on the go!
You Will Need:
- 6 ounces of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- ½ frozen banana
- ⅔ cup of ice (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 scoops scoop of Unflavored Whey Fantastic Protein or 2 scoops of Whey Fantastic Chocolate
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 ounces of espresso or strong coffee
- 1 packet of honey or stevia
Put liquid in a blender and then add dry ingredients and blend until smooth, pour over espresso, best served chilled!
